Some people especially obese ones are hang up on the idea that losing weight is a loss cause for them because of their genetics however there is no study that strongly suggests that this is the case, the real problem lies in the foods they consume, improper lifestyle, bad eating habits and vices. These are all controllable variables therefore, one can control what they do to their bodies and what happens to it not genetics.

Eating after eight, nine or ten o? clock will make one gain weight. This is so not true, if so then most people who work night shift or so will all be then fat. The time that one eats has no significant factor as to how one gains or losses weight what does matter however is the type of foods that you eat, lifestyle that you practice every day and the exercises you do.
